Raspberry Chia Seed And Feta Snack

Most times I never know what to eat when I'm in the mood for a quick light snack. I'm usually stuck between enjoying something sweet or indulging something savory. Here's a fun and healthy little recipe you can nibble on as a snack at home or serve as a hors d'oeuvre. 


Chia seeds



Creamy Goat Feta cheese

Almond Milk 

Wheat Crackers



1. Make the chia seed and raspberry topping. Depending on the number of cracker snacks you want to make, determines the amount of mixture. I made 8 cracker snacks and used 1/4 cup chia seed and 1/3 cup raspberry + almond milk. Grab a blender. Pour 1/3 cup almond milk and 1/3 cup raspberry into the blender. Then mix 1-2 teaspoons of honey into the topping, mix it, and let it sit in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. 

2. Spread the creamy goat cheese on the wheat cracker. To make it more of a spread, I added a little almond milk to the goat cheese. This, of course, is optional. 

3. Once you have spread the white spread onto the cracker, add the chia seed and raspberry topping evenly throughout the crackers.
